Hi! My name is Jeslyn, and I’m a junior at Mission San Jose High School in Fremont. As a student researcher in ASDRP’s chemistry department, I’m currently working on research about antivirals, physical chemistry, and natural products. In this project, we studied HIV-1 and NNRTIs computationally; enjoy the results!

Hello! My name is Charissa, and I'm a junior at Bishop O'Dowd High School in Oakland. I am a researcher in the chemistry department at ASDRP and am working on antiviral drug discovery projects. In particular, I have studied the effects of HIV-1 mutations on the binding affinity of non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NNRTIs) and am delighted to share the results of my work!
